It Ends With Us Movement

Founded by a survivor who transformed unimaginable pain into a mission of healing and hope, the It Ends With Us Movement began with one powerful realization: we have the power to ensure the traumas we experienced don't continue to the next generation.

At 18 years old, our founder survived a brutal attack that left her with 18 stab wounds. What followed was a decades-long journey through career challenges, relationship struggles, motherhood, and continued emotional trauma—a journey that taught her true healing means addressing the root causes of our patterns, many of which stem from generational cycles.

Today, the It Ends With Us Movement serves as a safe place for women facing similar battles —offering practical support and spiritual guidance to help them reclaim their authentic selves and build a new legacy for the generations that follow.

Our Founder

Dana Roppo is a first-generation Italian-American from Chicago who embodies resilience, compassion, and unwavering determination. Raised in a loving family, Dana is deeply intuitive and fiercely protective of those she loves. She has emotional intelligence to feel others’ pain and an endless well of compassion. Her magnetic confidence and natural leadership draw people to her—she lights up every room she enters and stands up to create change. She feels everything deeply (sometimes too deeply) and leads with her heart. She has the strength and charisma to turn that sensitivity into a superpower for healing.

At 18, Dana’s caring heart nearly cost her everything when she tried to help a grade-school friend, resulting in a brutal attack that left her fighting for her life. But Dana’s story didn’t end there—it transformed! After surviving, Dana channeled her determination into her education. She graduated with a finance degree and built a successful career in commercial lending. Her work ethic and dedication have made her a trusted professional.

Devoted to her son, Dana lives a life of balance—traveling, hiking, working out, and nurturing her mind, body, and soul through wellness practices. But it was her healing journey that revealed her true calling: helping other women break free from the trauma cycles she had overcome.

Dana founded this movement after witnessing countless other women struggling to end the same generational patterns she had dealt with. Her nonprofit represents the full circle of her journey—from a young woman who nearly lost her life trying to help a friend, to a healed warrior committed to ensuring that women’s traumas end with us.

Dana doesn’t just teach healing—she lives it, every single day.
